Yang Tiejun present at the fruit exhibition of Chinese patent review and cultural construction |

An exhibition displaying the achievements of Chinese patent and cultural construction was held in Beijing on December 3rd. Yang Tiejun, Deputy Commissioner of the State Intellectual Property Office, inaugurated the opening ceremony of the event, which was designed to implement the guiding principle of “Implementing intellectual property strategies and enhancing intellectual property protection” proposed by the 18th National Party Congress. Cultural Construction is a key task of the State Intellectual Property Office during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. In a bid to fulfill the needs of creative entities and social development, SIPO will highlight patent review and cultural construction in 2012. In patenting procedures, officials will be guided with laws and regulations as well as appropriate reviewing culture to increase their working efficiency and enhance patent quality. The exhibition showed the progress and accomplishment made in the process of patent reviewing and recorded the contribution of cultural construction in promoting SIPO's working efficiency |
