Counterfeits Manufacturing: Offering Chaff for Grain

Recently, when carrying out investigation of the fake "Lulu" Walnut Milk, the Chengde Administration for Industry and Commerce found the milk content in 1 ton of the fake "walnut milk" was only 1 kg. Similarly, enterprises investigated and punished for "Offering Chaff for Grain" also included the Qinhuangdao Red Wall Wine Co., Ltd. who without license of the registrant of the registered trademark "Great Wall" highlighted the words "Great Wall" in the packaging box of the "Classic Great Wall Dry Red Wine" it produces and sells; Langfang Xili Prince Lubricant Co., Ltd. who bought vats of lubricant and antifreeze, separated them and then using them to counterfeit "Shell" products; Shijiazhuang Vita Food & Beverage Co., Ltd. who infringed the trademark "Tongfu" in its production and sales; Maoda Shoes and Garment Co., Ltd. of　Anxi County which infringed the registered trademarks "Nike", "Adidas" and "Kappa".Counterfeits Selling: "Parody Show" Befools Consumers.

According to reports, the Zhangjiakou Administration for Industry and Commerce found the "Xiao Yao'e" washing machine sold by Tianxiang Electric Co., Ltd. infringed the exclusive right of the registered trademark "Xiao Tian'e (Little Swan)".　Counterfeits cases investigated and punished also included the case of selling fake Maotai by the Shijiazhuang Jinxin Trading Co., Ltd.; the case of selling substandard 93 gasoline by Dongfang Gas Station and so on.

Staff in the Administration for Industry and Commerce of Hebei Province said judging from the investigation, currently there is a new trend of fake products selling & manufacturing closely relating IPR infringements, which would be a combat target in the future with more intensity.
