Shanghai releases warning plan on copyright for Expo |
| It is learnt from the Copyright Management and Law Enforcement Section of Shanghai Municipal Copyright Administration that, in order to prevent the key infringing cases during Shanghai Expo, as well as effectively cope with the sudden key copyright infringements to minimize the social effects and economic losses caused by copyright infringements, Shanghai Municipal Copyright Administration released Warning and Contingency Plan for the Copyright Emergency of Expo. It is learnt that, the objectives of the plan are striving for early detection, early control and early treatment, so as to create a standard, healthy and orderly market of publication and copyright protection environment for Shanghai Expo. |
