Director of the Cultural Market Department of Ministry of Culture Li Xiong introduced that, the special action of "safety Expo" will be started, which puts emphasis on maintaining social political stabilization, promoting the physical and mental health of minors, protecting IPRs and safeguarding national culture. Li said, Ministry of Culture decided to start the special action from April 1 to June 30 in the whole nation combining with the characteristics and cultural market of Shanghai Expo. The action will strengthen the content examination on commercial performance programs and art exhibition, severely investigate various political illegal publications and others, strengthen the investigation on pirated products and so on focusing on some key areas including Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang and some key tour provinces and minority areas, and putting emphasis on the key markets of internet bars, audio and video, performance, entertainment, art, books and periodicals and internet culture,. Li Xiong also disclosed that, they take the special safeguard action as an opportunity to actively explore the establishment of cultural law enforcement coordination mechanism, communication mechanism and coordination mechanism, and enhance regional law enforcement collaboration, integrate law enforcement resources to form a monitoring force to improve the monitoring effectiveness of the cultural market. |
