Guangdong: 60 infringing cases investigated |

Through the 16th Asian Games is still 232 days to go, related departments have already investigated nearly 60 infringing cases involving the special labels and licensed products of the 16th Asian Games, learnt from Special Training On IPR Protection during Asian Games co-held by the Asian Games Organization Committee of Guangzhou Municipality and Guangzhou Municipal IP Office.
Nowadays, Asian Games Organization Committee has applied special label protection for 56 signs of the 16th Asian Games and filed design patent applications for 68 licensed products. Relevant experts mentioned that, all the commercial use of labels related to Asian Games without authorization belongs to infringement. |
