Legal professions of Cross-strait discusses IP protection |

On the morning of March 21, the legal professions of Cross-strait gathered in Xiamen and held a special lecture on the hot issue of IPR protection and cooperation. Moreover, the topics about companies in the mainland investing and purchasing properties in Taiwan were also concerned mutually by the two sides. According to the introduction of organizers, the lecture aimed to explore how the companies across the Taiwan Strait can base on their actual situation, learn domestic and foreign mature experiences, raise enterprises' awareness of IPR protection and prevention, and put forward recommendations for the Government to formulate and consummate the system of intellectual property strategy and management from the professional angle of the two sides. |
