National Photovoltaic IP Information Center to be established in Xinyu |

On March 23, It is learned from relevant departments that State Intellectual Property Office was in consultation with Jiangxi Provincial People's Government and determined to build National Photovoltaic Information Center by State Intellectual Property Office together with Jiangxi Province. The Center is located in LDK Company, which will be co-constructed by Jiangxi Provincial Intellectual Property Office, Xinyu Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and LDK Company. It is learned that the establishment of Photovoltaic Intellectual Property Information Center will enhance Chinese capabilities on the creation and application of PV patents, promote photovoltaic IP protection, and boost the technological innovation and industrial upgrading of photovoltaic industry. Meanwhile, as an information service platform of China's photovoltaic industry, the center will also make collection and investigation and analysis on the photovoltaic patents at home and abroad , provide strategic research reports on photovoltaic intellectual property and the services of photovoltaic patents search and IP consultations for the Government. |
