Inner Mongolia: Wuhai develops IPR pledge loan pilot work

With the advancement of Development of the West Regions, the small- and medium-sized enterprises with characteristics predominance in Wuhai city of Inner Mongolia experienced a fast growth and a group of predominant enterprises with independent IPRs or brands came into being.

To vigorously carry out IPR strategy, promote the process of IPR transformation and create good environment for the innovation of newly emerging industries, the Intellectual Property Office of Inner Mongolia recommended Wuhai city to apply for national IPR pledge loan pilot city. Then Wuhai city especially established IPR pledge loan work leading group, deployed special funds for IPR pledge loan, instituted Blueprint on Applying for National IPR Pledge Loan Pilot and began to develop IPR pledge loan service.
