Yunnan builds Sino-foreign Patent Database for Drought Relief |

In order to implement the work arrangements of Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, and give full play to the support and protection function of intellectual property rights in economic and social development, stabilize the agricultural production throughout the year, and early design spring production, Yunnan Provincial Intellectual Property Office and Intellectual Property Publishing House of State Intellectual Property Office jointly formulated the "Sino-foreign Patent Database for Drought Relief in Yunnan" under the support of State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO). The database is accessible through the website of Yunnan Provincial Intellectual Property Office, and is also available at the following address: http://116.52.249.40:8080/fight.html. "Sino-foreign Patent Database for Drought Relief" includes a total of 250,000 patent data resources in five areas concerned water use, water-pumping and water storage techniques and equipments, irrigation water, artificial rainfall, mothproof and drought-resistant crops in nine countries and two organizations including China, Japan, the United States, UK, Germany, France, Switzerland, Russia, South Korea, European Patent Office, World Intellectual Property Organization, Southeast Asia, Arab and others, as well as Hong Kong and Taiwan of China, of which Chinese patent data items including full manual are 20.000 pieces, and patent data for other countries, organizations and regions is 230,000 pieces. The search functions of the database are powerful, including the form retrieval, logical combination retrieval, IPC search, legal status retrieval and full-text search. |
