Days ago, Shennongjia Forest Region in Hubei Province held an Economic Work Conference and awarded three excellent private enterprises with good patent implementation which made outstanding contributions for the construction and development of the economic industrial chain of Shennongjia, the 3 companies are Shennongjia Lvyuan Natural Food Company, Shennongyuan Tea Co., Ltd., and Shennongjia Kangjun Green Food Development Co., Ltd.
In recent years, the Government of Shennongjia Forest Region took intellectual property rights work as the key measure to implement the Scientific Outlook of Development, enhance independent innovation capability and create core competitiveness, formulated "opinions on strengthening intellectual property rights work", made clear regulations on the capital investment, tax concessions, the distribution of benefits, incentives and other incentive policies, carried out intellectual property rights work in the strategy of science and education, vigorously developed independent intellectual property rights economy and actively guide enterprises to make independent innovation, encourage individual inventions, and continuously improved the capacity and level of protection and use of intellectual property rights, strengthened economic and technological competitiveness, and provided strong supports for the sound and fast economic and social development of Shennongjia.
The rewarded three companies had a total of more than 50 pieces of patent applications in the past three years, the conversion rate of patents was more than 95%, and the annual economic benefits were more than 20 million yuan.
