Yixing releases Administrative Measures on the Funding for Patent Assistance |

To further promote the patent work of Yixing and encourage invention and creation forming more independent intellectual property rights, days ago, Yixing Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, Yixing Municipal Intellectual Property Office and Yixing Municipal Bureau of Finance jointly issued " Administrative Measures on Funding for Patent Assistance(for trial). " In addition to the continuation of the original patent application assistance, the measures increase the encouragement on invention authorizations (including foreign authorizations) as well as the people or enterprises with large patent authorizations. Each invention patent will be given 5,000 yuan after the authorization, and one person with more than 50 utility model patents or 20 invention patents will be given a reward of 10,000 to 20,000 yuan. The timely introduction of the measures meet the development of intellectual property rights of Yixing, and plays a promoting role in the technological progress and economic and social transformation and development of Yixing. |
