Fujian: Fuzhou customs intercepted infringing auto parts |

Recently, Fuzhou Customs in Fujian Province found 5,016 magnetic flywheel, 50,000 sets of platinum contact, and 5,092 wrapping boxes using the "BOSCH" logo when they inspected a batch of magnetic flywheel, guide plate and other auto parts which were declared for export with the method of "territoriality declaration and port clearance". The "BOSCH博世" trademark rights holders confirmed that the above-mentioned goods infringed the exclusive rights of trademarks including "BOSCH" and "BOSCH (graphics)" which were recorded in Administration of Customs by Robert Bosch Company. At present, Fuzhou Customs has seized the suspected infringing goods. |
