Anhui: Hefei becomes National IPR Work Model City

Days ago, the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) formally approved Hefei city as National IPR Work Model City, indicating the progress of the IPR work in Hefei.

Hefei will take this opportunity to carry out National IPR Strategy Outline, learn Scientific Outlook on Development, and fully exert the role of IPR work in promoting social and economic development, transferring the development mode of economy and elevating the competitiveness of the city.

It is introduced that, in June 2007 Hefei became the Construction City for National IPR Model City. During the construction period, Hefei Municipal Science and Technology Bureau (IP Office) focused on IP creation, use, protection and management and made notable achievements.
