Liaoning strengthens IP cultivation of emerging industries |

On March 2, Liaoning Provincial IP Directors' Meeting was ended in Fushun. At the meeting, the principal of Liaoning Provincial Intellectual Property Office expressed that, Liaoning will strengthen the IP cultivation of strategic emerging industries, further enhance combination of IP strategy implementation and economic structure adjustment, transform of development mode and industrial structure optimization, and completely advance the capacities of IP creation, application, protection and management. This year, Liaoning Province will focus on construction of industry clusters, promote the rapid development of hi-tech industries, emerging industries and characteristic industries, and develop the IP model zone in Liaoning to output-intensive area with IP creation, gathering areas of the conversion and application, and demonstration areas of protection and management; Liaoning will strengthen the IP work of enterprises, and actively cultivate the enterprises and groups with core competitiveness and independent innovation focusing on the mission issued by Liaoning Provincial Government. |
