Hubei: Wuhan to construct national independent innovation model zone

Science and technology enterprises would like to develop but lack of funds; just walk into "financial supermarket", they will get capitals through different channels including bank loans, small loan companies'loans, venture-capital fund and ensemble notes based on business conditions. Yesterday, at the 2nd meeting of leadership group of East Lake National Demonstration Zone for Independent Innovation, Mayor Ruan Chengfa put forward an imagine of establishing "financial supermarket", and pointed out that building a self-demonstration zone and active financial innovation system is the key.
　　
At present, a large number of S&T SMEs in the high-tech region have completed primitive accumulation, initially implemented technology industrialization and market cultivation, and urgently need to use a lot of money to achieve large-scale production and marketing. The world problem of SME financing difficulties is also placed in front of the demonstration zone.

It is reported that East Lake High-tech Zone has carried out exploration on the innovation of the financial system, including IPR pledge loans and SME credit pilot project and expanding the coverage of pilot small loan companies and so on.
