The Office for Harmonisation of the Internal Market (OHIM) has launched 'Register Brand Europe', an online platform to inform Chinese stakeholders on the main features of the EU's trademark and design systems. Register Brand Europe is accessible free-of-charge at www.registerbrandeurope.cn.
The site was designed in collaboration with local practitioners and users and explains the Community Trademark (CTM) and Community Design systems in Chinese, as well as offering testimonials from Chinese users of both systems.
OHIM is the primary provider of trademark and design expertise in the framework of IPR2.
