Shaanxi: three enterprises get 1,630,000 subsidy for PCT filings

In 2009, China deployed special funds to subsidize PCT international patent applications of domestic SMEs, public institutions and scientific research entities. Three enterprises of Shaanxi got a total of 1,630,000 yuan from central finance for their PCT filings.

During the application, Shaanxi Provincial IP Office strictly followed the Interim Management Measures on Special Funds for PCT Patent Applications and mastered the details of PCE patent filings in recent three years. Shaanxi IP Office also communicated with the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) and helped enterprises to acquaint with application procedure.
