Sichuan: national defense S&T industrial IPR working conference held

On January 27, Office of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense of Sichuan Province convened a working conference on national defense S&T industrial intellectual property rights. Deputy Director of Sichuan Provincial IP Office Li Min attended the conference and delivered a speech.

Li Min fully affirmed the achievements made in national defense S&T industrial IPR work in recent years and put forwards four requirements. First, persist in IPR publicity; second, insist on fostering IPR talents and try to cultivate a group of technicians and enterprisers with IPR strategy thought and a batch of professionals familiar with management and IPR laws; third, lay a close eye on enterprises' IPR management and shape a cluster of large-scaled military enterprises with powerful independent IPR competitiveness ability; fourth, establish national S&T industrial IPR information service platform, exchange and share IPR information and make full use of national defense S&T resources.
