National Patent Analysis and IP Comment Conference held in Guizhou

On September 27, National Patent Analysis and IP Comment Conference was held in Guiyang. Deputy Director of State Intellectual Property Office Gan Shaoning attended the conference.

The conference aimed to further carry out National IP Strategy Outline and exert the full role of IP regime in advancing science and technology, promoting the adjustment of industrial structure and the change of economic growth pattern and fostering strategic emerging industries. At the conference, the participants exchanged ideas on how to develop patent analysis work. The delegate of Guizhou Provincial IP Office gave a lecture titled with Fully Exert the Positive Role of Patent Information in Important Economic Activities and S&T Innovation and particularly profiled how Guizhou launched IP special examination in important economic activities by utilizing patent information, established IPR early-warning and emergency system and studied IP strategy.
