Key subjects of 12th Five-year Plan for IPR concluded |

From September 13 to 17, the appraisal meeting for key research subjects of 12th Five-year Plan for intellectual property (IPR) was held in Beijing. 11 subjects have been approved and concluded at the meeting, which offers big supports to the institution of the 12th Five-year Plan. Subjects appraised including researches on general thoughts for IPR, patent and IC design, researches on general thoughts and strategy for trademark, copyright and new plant variety in farming and forestry, systematic research on IPR service industry, research on administrative protection and systematic innovation for IPR, research on judicial protection for IPR and so on. All the 11 subjects groups made reports on the research process, achievements and suggestions. Experts and scholars from National Development and Reform Commission, State Intellectual Property Office, State Administration for Industry and Commerce, National Copyright Administration, Ministry of Agriculture and others made appraisement to the subjects. |
