Hubei: Yichang to support foreign patent applications |

The declaration work on the subsidy for foreign patent applications in 2010 will be started soon, and enterprises can gain a maximum subsidy of 100,000 yuan for each patent if only passes the examination. Yichang Municipal Intellectual Property Office will accept the declaration materials from July 1 to August 15 and submit them to Hubei Provincial Intellectual Property Office. According to related national regulations, the qualification area for the declaration of the subsidy will be obviously expanded this year. |
