Chongqing publicizes IP infringing industries |

Chongqing's No.5 Intermediate People's Court constructed an early warning mechanism for IP judicial protection recently, the court put forward that violations were easily happened in ten industries after analysis. It is learnt that, the ten industries include internet bar industry, newspaper and advertising industry, retail trade, public industry, decoration industry, entertainment industry, motorcycle industry, building materials industry, food industry and tobacco industry. |
